Kamal Karna Roy (also known as Kamal K.K. Roy and Rev. Dr. Joseph Geronimo, Jr.) is a prolific pro se litigant who, since at least the early 1990s, has filed numerous lawsuits throughout the United States and its territories under the names Roy and Joseph Geronimo, Jr., as well as under the names of entities that he is affiliated with, including International Siva Consciousness & World Religions, Reforms International, Handicap Interests International, and Jungle Democracy. Roy’s lawsuits are often brought against multiple defendants, and feature long, unconventional complaints. Roy has filed lawsuits against God, U.S. Presidents, Supreme Court Justices, fast food restaurants, foreign leaders., and .

Roy’s lawsuits have addressed, among many other things, actions taken by President George W. Bush, overcharging by telecommunication companies, the appointment of Chief Justice John Roberts to the Supreme Court, and “failure of democratic societies and God’s role therein.” In 2006 Judge Michael W. McConnell of The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit described a typical Roy complaint:

Roy, a/k/a Joseph Geronimo, Jr. filed a 115-page complaint, a 144-page amended complaint, and a 40-page second amended complaint against over sixty defendants, including among many others President Bush, God as U.S.-based divine benefactor, several government agencies, The New York Times, and Kentucky Fried Chicken. In addition to pages of rambling discourse, the complaint contains numerous illegible handwritten remarks.

The Tenth Circuit went on to affirm the dismissal of the complaint holding that no discernible claim was apparent from the complaint. Judge McConnell also humorously noted that the court “strongly suspect at least one defendant was not properly served.”

Most, if not all, of Roy’s complaints have been dismissed. A 2006 United States District Court for the District of Delaware opinion, Jungle Democracy v. U.S., describes Roy as “no stranger to litigation” and provides a partial list of Roy lawsuits that have been dismissed since 1991.

Despite Roy’s lack of success in the courts, his lawsuits have been discussed in law school classrooms and in law related blogs.

In April 2007 Roy filed a civil rights action against, among others, CBS Broadcasting Inc., MSNBC, the United States Government, and controversial radio shock jock Don Imus.

In October 2007, Roy filed a suit in the US District Court, Middle District of Florida, against ” Encyclopedia, USA, All News Media, All State Board of Elections, Federal Election Commission”. See Dkt. 3:07-cv-00994-VMC-HTS.

The Last Doughboy
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — Numbers come precisely from the agile mind and nimble tongue of Frank Buckles, who seems bemused to say that 4,734,991 Americans served in the military during America’s involvement in the First World War and that 4,734,990 are gone. He is feeling fine, thank you for asking.

Sarah Palin was asked by a third grader what the vice president does?

Posted in affiliate classroom by admin on June 21st, 2010 | 15 Comments

"[T]hey’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom." –Sarah Palin, getting the vice president’s constitutional role wrong - NBC affiliate KUSA in Colorado, Oct. 21, 2008

Should someone who makes statements like this be anywhere near the White House?

I know liberals hate the Constitution and all our Founding Fathers stand for but lets take a look shall we:

Article 1 section 3- The Vice President of the United States be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided.

Question - I don’t get girls?
Not trying to give my life story, but for some reason for the past 5 years I have come across girls who seemed genuine and sincere but it didn’t pan out that way. All of them were just so self absorbed with themselves and lied about some big things like ex b/f’s being in the pictures to rape to not getting engaged. I just don’t understand anymore as a guy whose in university, cooks, cleans, spends time staying in shape by doing martial arts and other sports, does celebrity impressions, does well in school and has a future in journalism, as well as being decent looking "in my opinion".

Why do some girls out there stay in relationships with guys who play them or act like a bad boy. Throughout the years, it is the same girls that I have known where if I stuck up for myself and put my foot down, they would get pissed at me…Meanwhile, they take a ton of crap from guys that are affiliated with their friends. Make sense? Maybe I should just worry about getting a good job and adopting a child or 2 instead of dating or marrying a girl for that matter in the future.

P.S - Dont say, maybe ur a f-ing nice guy or stop being a b.tch…That’s not the point, If a girl tells me I don’t wanna talk to u anymore…even if she didnt mean… I will walk away for good from her life, so its not a matter of me being obsessive I just don’t get it. I don’t wanna hear "you can’t say that about all girls"…true I cant. But from girls I have come across with in classrooms from high school to university, to girls i know, to guys telling me their experiences with girls…I have always heard girls say, why are all guys a-holes, not why is this guy an a-hole…they automatically assume all guys are bad, so why is it wrong for guys to point the finger at girls. I firmly believe in Mahatma Gandhi’s quotes of non-violence, but I feel like kicking a bad boy’s a.ss so girls know that bad boys aren’t the sh.it…I’m sick of it.

My story:
I didn’t have a good relationship for about 3 years, and I’m a girl. You will find the right person after a while. After 3 years of looking for good guys/girls (I’m bi, so I had even more options than you, and I STILL didn’t find the right person!) I still didn’t fnd one.

My advice to you:
It’s hard to give you advice, because I don’t know how old you are, and it all depends on age. High school girls are scatty, annoying, and your hardly going to end up with them any way. Older girls (Uni, college) are sometimes more down-to-earth, but most of the time, there only looking for fun, and not a serious relationship. I know it’s depressing, but you probably won’t find the right person for another few years.

What you can do to help:

DON’T try to change yourself. If all the girls in your school/uni/college like bad boys, then DON’T try to become one of them. They will find out eventually, and then they’ll all be really pissed off.

DO go out more, and try to meet more people. If you have a hobby, find a club/activity that will get you out of school/ your house, and into places where you can meet people that enjoy the same things you do.

DON’T think "I’ll never get someone" and get all depressed, because there IS someone out there for you, thinking the same things, and soon, you will meet them.

DO, talk to girls! You never know… Some girl could fancy you right now, but she might be too shy to talk to you! If your a nice guy (which you seem like you are) then you will attract nice girls, and nice girls arn’t really the most outgoing things in the world. Most nice girls are quite reserved, and quiet, so YOU should start the conversations.

DON’T be affraid! Women like men with confidence, and like men who arn’t affraid to make the first move!

Go get ‘em tiger!

Is understanding a threat to our collective health?

Posted in affiliate classroom by admin on May 23rd, 2010 | 3 Comments

People are more than willing to scream from the rooftops about how evil the current administration is or how ignorant liberals are, but their claims don’t even attempt to interject facts. It’s name calling and hysteria pure and simple. Information is readily available, but no one seems interested.

Interviews with Tea Party ‘affiliates’ (for lack of a better term) show that many of these people can’t even put into words what their gripes are, but it doesn’t stop them from talking, and screaming, and vandalizing 8th grade classrooms. Something is wrong here. We treat understanding like it’s a threat to our health or our country.

Why?
No Yoda, they don’t know either.
Sari, Will you marry me? Really? The stores are closed right now, but I’ll get a ring in the morning.

You sound tired; I empathize. I’ve visited a number of political blogs today and I know exactly what you’re getting at. Easy way to get a thumbs down …ask for facts. There appears to be a generalized fear in the public. Things are hard right now, and people don’t know when they will get better. They want someone or something to blame so that they can direct their feelings of frustration and anger. Unfortunately a state of anger is also not a good mental state in which to do much fact finding. It’s a dangerous situation because many of these people are willing to listen to the loudest voice. As we know, the loudest voice is seldom the one that’s right. It’s a stab at an answer. Don’t become disenchanted; you’re a thinker, we need you.

As a guy, why do we still go through this s.h.i.t?

I firmly believe in Mahatma Gandhi’s quotes of non-violence, but I feel like kicking a bad boy’s a.ss so girls know that bad boys aren’t the sh.it…I’m sick of it.

Despite having family members in the music business who personally know guys like Drake, Lil Wayne and ext…While having the great qualities I have, to meeting celebrites as well…I guess it doesn’t matter…I REFUSE to not be myself just so I can act like a fake with a girl to date her…Are u kidding me! dating is a part of life, but every girl I come across with still says ahh I don’t wanna date, yet their dealing with ugly guys! who act like bad boys!

I know man it’s like what the f**k right? You are so not alone in your thoughts I think I can speak for over half of the population of decent honest men just like you and I with the same opinions!!! I have this really good friend of mine who fits the description of the girls you described to a perfect T. It’s like her own father once said and I quote"you could line up a group of guys and she will pick the biggest pile of crap out of the entire bunch. Now she has had a few guys in front of her that were generally great guys, they had there life in order great jobs treated her and her child like gold. Yet she shows little interest in men like that and resorts to playing with thees quote un quote boys or as they would call them bad boys!! When the truth of the matter is that the only time they can be bad boys is when they are smacking up there girlfriend’s or sleeping around on them or just using them for a proverbial meal ticket. It’s a sad reality!! and whats scary about the matter at hand is that the girls we speak off are not even a fraction of the whole number of women out there who are almost one in the same mind boggling is not? If you are anything like my self I have met so many of these bad boys who think that they are such tough shit and reality is that they could not fight their way out for a lack of better words a wet dream!! to be honest with you I dated a girl like that who did the same shit that you have talked about. She had a kid with a man who was a real "winner" in the seven months that I spent with her I was more of a father to her child then this guy had been in his sons entire 4 years of life!!! I supported her helped out when I could yet she cheated me to get back with him yeah not my proudest moment. I heard from a mutual friend a month after her and I broke up that he went back to the pen for whopping her ass in front of the kid I may add, and when he wasn’t punching her he was out sleeping with her best friend, so would it shock you if I told you that they are still together? So I can understand what you are saying and I my self take it personally when the ladies group us into the same category as these degenerate low life Ass holes.
However just like you mentioned we must also remember that in is unfair to put all the ladies on the same pedestals. As good of an idea as it may be to kick the shit out of one of these little boys, the probability of our actions is that they will solve nothing, for how dose that saying go assholes are a dime a dozen the minute we get rid of one them there is another dueshbag waiting to fall in line to take their place!! yeah It pisses me off to, my father use to tell me that you treat a women with respect they will burn you with out a second thought, but shit all over them maybe screw around and slap on them from time to time they will love you forever!!! I really with all my heart want not to believe that!!! Now one could advise for us to stop playing with these so called little girls and find our selves a mature women, one who’s has grown tiered of playing johnny Rebels bullshit child like games and now knows exactly what she wants out of a relationship as well as life, they are out there as impossible as it may seem. However the advise that I am going to give you is this, now I can not fully expect for you to respect my answer as I my self go through the same shit. However I would like you to take all the things you have used to describe your self and come to the realization that you are not only educated, hard working disciplined butt seem to be an all around great man. Although this may sound stupid but forget about these foolish girls as hard as it may seem worry about getting yours, you sound like you have sop many personal goals that you are in the middle of accomplishing, concern your self with that first and as far as these little girls go treat them exactly like the children for which they deserve to be treated. Remember that the creme always rises to the top at some point and when we both find that girl who has her life in order then she will find that guys like you and I are what she is looking to catch!!! So good luck dude Hope I helped even if just a little. . . I am pulling for you!

i was just reading something about obama wants to make a small arms treaty with the U.N.?
do you think they could get away with this? try to take the american peoples right to own firearms? do you think if they did this they would pretty much be condemning themselves to death(meaning the american people would hunt them down and kill them)? would you ever give up your firearms if U.N. soldiers came to confiscate your guns? well i would never give them my firearms and if they sign this treaty its treason and it pretty much is declaring war on the american people, we need to wake up and impeach this son of a ***** and his communist administration. would you ever give your firearms up? Why are people still listening to Sarah Palin?

Posted in affiliate classroom by admin on February 27th, 2010 | 7 Comments

Here are some opf her quotes. And this is the one person Fox hired as a political consultant.

1. "As Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where– where do they go? It’s Alaska. It’s just right over the border." –Sarah Palin, explaining why Alaska’s proximity to Russia gives her foreign policy experience, interview with CBS’s Katie Couric, Sept. 24, 2008 (Watch video clip)

2. "The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil." –-Sarah Palin, in a message posted on Facebook about Obama’s health care plan, Aug. 7, 2009

3. "All of ‘em, any of ‘em that have been in front of me over all these years." –Sarah Palin, unable to name a single newspaper or magazine she reads, interview with Katie Couric, CBS News, Oct. 1, 2008 (Watch video clip)

4. "Well, let’s see. There’s ― of course in the great history of America there have been rulings that there’s never going to be absolute consensus by every American, and there are those issues, again, like Roe v. Wade, where I believe are best held on a state level and addressed there. So, you know, going through the history of America, there would be others but ―" –Sarah Palin, unable to name a Supreme Court decision she disagreed with other than Roe vs. Wade, interview with Katie Couric, CBS News, Oct. 1, 2008 (Watch video clip)

5. "We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, D.C. … We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America, being here with all of you hard working very patriotic, um, very, um, pro-America areas of this great nation." –Sarah Palin, speaking at a fundraiser in Greensoboro, N.C., Oct. 16, 2008

6. "[T]hey’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom." –Sarah Palin, getting the vice president’s constitutional role wrong after being asked by a third grader what the vice president does, interview with NBC affiliate KUSA in Colorado, Oct. 21, 2008 (Watch video clip)

7. "Who calls a shot like that? Who makes a decision like that? It’s a disturbing trend." –Sarah Palin, pushing a conspiracy theory that "In God We Trust" had been moved to the edge of coins by the Obama administration (the change was made by the Bush administration in 2007 and was later reversed by Congress, before Obama took office), West Allis, Wisconsin, Nov. 6, 2009

8. "Ohh, good, thank you, yes." –Sarah Palin, after a notorious Canadian prank caller complimented her on the documentary about her life, Hustler’s "Nailin Paylin," Nov. 1, 2008 (Read more about the prank call, watch the video and see the transcript)

9. "They are also building schools for the Afghan children so that there is hope and opportunity in our neighboring country of Afghanistan." –Sarah Palin, speaking at a fundraiser in San Francisco, Oct. 5, 2008

10. "I think on a national level your Department of Law there in the White House would look at some of the things that we’ve been charged with and automatically throw them out." –Sarah Palin, referring to a department that does not exist while attempting to explain why as president she wouldn’t be subjected to the same ethics investigations that compelled her to resign as governor of Alaska, ABC News interview, July 7, 2009

She is a hero for the ignorant racists.

That is why she got a book deal and a job at Fox News.

But she will never be elected President of the United States.

How to Get Expert PPC Coaching

Posted in affiliate classroom by admin on February 23rd, 2010 | 2 Comments

There are many people out there claiming to be pay per click experts but where is actually the best place to go if you want expert PPC coaching? The most obvious and logical place to start would be with Google’s own support forums and resources. You should familiarize yourself with the basic rules and regulations of Google’s terms of service before you get started in search marketing.

The problem is the tutorials and help sections are often very complex and can sometimes be like trying to interpret hieroglyphics! Most people are not interested in learning every single working feature of pay per click marketing. The truth is most people have heard that you can use paid search marketing to make some quick, easy money online and they want a PPC coach to show them how to do this as quickly and as easily a possible.

You can get expert PPC coaching from a book or one of the many great ebooks out there such as Perry Marshal’s adwords guide. For some people a simple book or eBook may be enough to show them how to correctly set up an adwords or Yahoo campaign, however most people are trying to unearth the more underground tactics that super affiliates are using to rake in huge sums of money form pay per click advertising.

This mentality is the reason that online membership sites or coaching courses such as PPC classroom have done so well. Amit Mehta is an expert at marketing and selling to the newbie internet marketer looking for quick and easy ways to make money online. Another example is PPC coach, a smaller community ran by a successful affiliate marketer who has now developed their own CPA network. In this forum you do get access to expert PPC coaching from the owner as they are more accessible than the owners of PPC classroom who simply employ so called experts.

Some companies and individuals now offer expert PPC coaching on a one to one basis. The cost can vary quite considerably between individuals as well as the level of support received. The advantage of this form of expert PPC coaching is having an experienced marketer guiding and helping you to avoid common newbie PPC pitfalls.
