Spending some time with Kyle and Carson of Wealthy Affiliate fame reveals two dynamic and young Internet marketing gurus who created what its enthusiasts just call “WA.” Both are only 26 years of age, but both are also veteran hands at the game of Internet marketing. Their vast trove of experience is readily given to all their WA students, which is something not normally seen in affiliate marketing, by the way.
Each of the pair has about 6 years experience in the field of IM, which is a very long time in such a rapidly changing and ever-evolving field. In many ways, it’s like having 20 or more years in traditional marketing. In fact, they have such an extensive base of knowledge, they were able to take Wealthy Affiliate online and in action in a relatively short amount of time, which is a testament to their abilities, to be honest.
What are the kinds of things Kyle and Carson bring to the table, when it comes to WA (which is what Wealthy Affiliate is known as by its adherents)? How are they able to so effectively teach the ins-and-outs of IM and affiliate marketing? For starters, both they’re equally strong and capable in the more traditional forms of marketing, while Carson tends to web design concepts and Kyle delves into idea development techniques. Each is deadly-accurate with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and use of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising, making them both just the folks to teach IM.
One need only take a look at the duo’s individual mission statements to see that they’re deadly serious about teaching those who are willing to work hard their marketing techniques and programs. One is fired up about transforming the IM community into a dynamic and wealth-generating entity and the other complements that in a personal way by stating that he wants to make a difference in peoples’ lives.
In running Wealthy Affiliate University — which seems to be one of the most (if not the most) successful “Point A to Point B” training programs around — Kyle and Carson concentrate upon teaching thier concept of marketing to their students, with great effect. Almost everybody who joins the program starts out as a complete beginner (”newbie, ” in IM parlance), and the pair has been working WA since 2005, refining it and turning it into something to behold.
It’s also fairly easy to see how Wealthy Affiliate’s Kyle and Carson, the founders of this literal boon to IM folks everywhere, managed to pull off such a coup. The pair seems to be a nonstop whirling dervish of action and teaching, for one thing. They start their acolytes off in incremental steps that promise to lead to income for life, when the WA plan is followed and implemented correctly.
Perhaps the keystone to the pair’s success is the 8-week plan of action they start each of their students out on upon successful enrollment into the course. Designed with the complete beginner in mind, this action plan is designed for maximum effect with minimum wasted time and energy. A look at Wealthy Affiliate’s Kyle and Carson also reveals that they’re indeed there when requested by any user of the program.
Both gentlemen seem to be genuinely interested in the people who use the program, and all user queries or questions are answered by them personally. In fact, they can quite often be seen participating in the very active forum which WA makes available to its users. This is comforting to any newbie, to say the least.
Wealthy Affiliate University, and Kyle and Carson (the founders) have seen great success. But what’s more heartening is that WA’s students and users have seen as much success from it as their individual efforts have allowed. They demonstrate on the site the same techniques they’ve used to great effect on the Net, and that’s what stands them in good stead with their students and other IM pros.
